1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VelvettPlay ("the Platform", "the Service") at velvettplay.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

2. Nature of the Service

VelvettPlay is a free social entertainment platform only. The Platform provides card games and arcade games for entertainment purposes. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Playing on VelvettPlay does not constitute gambling or wagering

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use VelvettPlay. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts terminated immediately.

4. Free Account Registration

Registration is free. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards through unfair means
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the Platform or its servers
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without written consent

6. No Financial Transactions

VelvettPlay does not accept, process, or facilitate any financial transactions. There are no deposits, withdrawals, purchases, or fees of any kind. The Platform is entirely free to use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on VelvettPlay, including but not limited to game code, graphics, text, and design, is owned by VelvettPlay Entertainment Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VelvettPlay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, VelvettPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. As no real money is involved, VelvettPlay has no financial liability to users.

11. Account Termination

We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
